Nishant is a very pleasant and go to person. At all levels he has taught the best techniques and ways to fitness which shows his professionalism and leadership skills. The positive attitude to mend people in a better way during the sessions is an added skillset he possesses. Strongly recommend this classes for strength training and weight loss.
